How Booking Works

The Process:

I strive to ensure your tattoo experience is as seamless and professional as possible by following a structured workflow designed for high-quality results.

To begin, start with completing the booking form provided below. This document gathers all the essential details I need to understand your vision and plan our initial approach.

Once reviewed, you can request a time and date for an in-person consultation. I manually approve these based on the technical needs of your project, as I believe a face-to-face meeting is vital for discussing artistic nuances and placement.

Following approval, an invoice for a $100 consultation fee will be sent to your phone number. This deposit confirms your commitment and covers our one-hour meeting where we align on size, cost, and design specifics. This fee is also applied towards your tattoo’s cost.

After we finalize the plan, we will select a date for the actual session(s), which requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. In the days leading up to your session, I will refine the final artwork. You will see the design the day of your appointment, allowing us to make minor adjustments together.

If you choose to completely overhaul the concept on the day of, I am happy to accommodate, but please note that additional design time will be factored into the final service rate.

For expansive work such as sleeves, the composition can evolve naturally as we progress; nothing is permanent until the ink meets your skin. Should you have any inquiries before we meet, please reach out via text for a prompt response.

Before you schedule, please review the FAQ & Policies section at the top of the page to ensure we are on the same page.

2. Schedule a consultation

Let’s begin your ink journey.

For all other questions, please refer to the FAQ page.
1. Complete the booking form

Your journey starts with a few details. Fill out a brief design form to help me understand your vision, preferred style, and placement. This collaborative first step ensures we start with a clear, shared direction for your unique piece.

Request your spot and let’s sit down to talk. Once your inquiry has been accepted, you’ll be sent an invoice for a $100 consultation fee that covers my time and is fully applied to the price of your tattoo. During this focused hour, we’ll refine your ideas and come up with a solid mock up design for us to work off of.  After our consultation is when we will schedule your actual tattoo appointment with a tattoo deposit.

3. Get excited

The hard part is over. All that’s left is for you to arrive to your consultation. After the consultation, we will select the date(s) of your appointment and get them secured with a tattoo deposit.

DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE FORM

What’s the cost of a tattoo?
Typical Timelines

Since I mostly work on larger scale projects, rather than charge an hourly rate I charge a flat full-day session rate. That rate is $1600 for 6 hours of actual tattoo time not including breaks. If your tattoo is smaller or will take less than a full day, than I will price it out based on the design.

Consultations are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks of your request. For tattoo appointments,  I am generally booked up for around 2-3 months out at any given time. I appreciate your patience as we ensure every piece receives the precision it deserves.
